What is NIT (Neuro-Integration Technique)?

NIT is a technique used to help identify core issues, then release emotional blockages & limiting beliefs connected to those core issues. Additionally, it helps to integrate the overall understanding between the logical & emotional brain.

Although NIT uses techniques that are unique to this specific modality, it also combines a variety of other skills that come from various sources such as NLP, Meridian Therapy, DES, BRT, other Vibrational Medicine & much more. For this reason, NIT is truly a powerful tool for any practitioners and/or coach to quickly aid their clients in effecting change at a core level.

NIT training program is being offered for the first time ever in the United States exclusively through NeuroSynergistics Trainings. Our students are some of the first in their fields to offer this method of alternative practice to their clients.

What is NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming)?

NLP is not easily defined, as anyone will find by browsing the net for a definition. For this reason, I am providing a simple description as it is related to our purpose & trainings here at NeuroSynergistics.

There are essentially two sides to NLP, the study of NLP and the practice of NLP.

Simply defined, NLP is the Study of Excellence. To elaborate on this, NLP Modelers who focus on the Study of NLP seek out individuals who are top in their field or seem to be able to perform a task or skill in an unusually excellent way. Modelers study these individuals to elicit a strategy to find out exactly what these individuals do to achieve their level of excellence.

The Practice of NLP
This is where the information gathered (the strategies) from the above process (the study of NLP) are then used to teach others to achieve similar results. This is obviously an oversimplified description of an extensive process, but it gives you a general idea of the concept behind NLP.

For our purposes here at NeuroSynergistics, we focus a lot on the ‘roots’ of NLP. In the early years of NLP those developing it started by modeling some of the top therapists in fields of psychoanalysis, hypnotherapy and family therapy. For this reason, many of the techniques taught in an NLP P trainings (including ours) focus around understanding non-verbal & verbal cues, building personal & professional connections, enhancing therapeutic, medical & practitioner settings. This is why so many of the early foundational understandings & strategies developed in NLP are still relevant for Practitioners today.

These early foundational understandings are also what have helped NLP modelers over the past 40+ years, develop the hundreds of strategies now available.

Our NLP Trainings focus on teaching both foundational skills that can be used in modeling as well as with practitioner work in helping clients and even better understanding overall communication with everyone in their lives. We also teach a variety of strategies that provide our practitioners with more tools to help their clients in a variety of ways. Communication in NLP
One of the most powerful aspects of a good NLP training is the foundational skills that include communication & rapport building skills. This area of focus alone can provide skills to enhance everyone in some area of their life and/or work. This is why people from all walks of life attend NLP trainings: Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Lawyers, Executives, Marketers, Teachers, Sales Associates, Writers, Sports Coaches, Consultants, Holistic & Alternative Practitioners, just to name a few.

What is DES (Dynamic Energy Shifting)?

Dynamic Energy Shifting is an alternative therapeutic practice that focuses on shifting the energy dynamics between people or groups and situations or ideas. For things to grow and/or expand there needs to be an opportunity for change. Unfortunately people, groups, situations, ideas often get stuck in a repetitive cycle that are not conducive to change. With DES energy is shifted which in turn breaks the cycle thus allowing change to occur.

What is BRT (BioResonance Testing) and a Biotensor?

BioResonance Testing is similar to the muscle testing used in Kinesiology. The main difference is that the energy is being tested through a device (for the purposes of our training a BioTensor) that picks up on the bio-energetic levels of the person being tested. Muscle testing can be tiring when working with individuals for long periods of time. This can have an impact on the muscle testing outcome in and of itself, let along the outcome of a process being used. Using a BioTensor eliminates muscle fatigue offering a more efficient test environment for both client & practitioners.

What is Meridian Therapy (TFT/EFT/EB)?

Meridian Therapy Techniques, such as TFT (Thought Field Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and EB (Emotional Balance) all use tapping techniques to assist in the flow of energy through meridians points. It also focuses on the understanding of emotional connections & the related organ points.

Professional Trainings vs. Mini Trainings

Professional Trainings

Professional trainings teach processes and algorithms combined in a manner to give our students blended skillsets to either begin a new practice or enhance their current practice. These trainings typically run 50 to 100+ hours over the course of several days. Upon training completion, students will earn various levels of certifications based on the training attended. Each Professional training also provides multiple CE credits.

Mini Trainings

Mini trainings are short trainings/workshops that focus on a specific topic.  These trainings can be anywhere from a few to 30+ hours.  These mini trainings provide a skillset that are often used across a large range of personal and professional areas.  The information in these trainings are Stand-alone topics that may also be offered as part of one of our larger Professional Trainings. Mini Trainings may provide Continuing Educational (CE) credit. See individual trainings for more details.
